Our shipping times vary depending on the date of purchase and the specific product ordered. You will find the estimated shipping time near the Buy Now button on each product page. For products not available online, please speak with a product expert for estimated shipping times.
White Glove Delivery
We currently offer one product that comes standard with White Glove Delivery, the Grand Luxe mattress. White Glove Delivery is not available for other products at this time unless purchased with the Grand Luxe.
Rush delivery service is available for $300. With Rush Delivery, your Wyoming King Mattress is delivered within two weeks. At this time, we are unable to provide Rush Delivery on Bed Frames and bedding. For more details, please speak with a product expert.
Need more time? We can delay the production of your mattress as needed. We’ll push back your order in our queue to be crafted and shipped when you’re ready—your mattress won’t be sitting around in the workshop collecting dust!
How Our Products Ship
Depending on the mattress model, we ship our mattresses either FedEx Ground or LTL freight. Delivery is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Upon shipping, we'll send you an email with your tracking number so you can stay up to date on your shipment.
Smaller accessory items like sheets and comforters ship FedEx Ground.
If you have a long driveway, live in a high rise, or have a unique delivery space that requires special attention, please call +1 877.267.7772. Additional shipping fees may occur.
Canceling A Shipment
If you decide to cancel your order after it ships, you will be responsible for the round trip shipping fees + up to a 10% restocking fee.
Once your order has been received at your local delivery terminal, you will need to schedule a delivery appointment within 24 hours. Delivery fees range from $50 to $75 per day, depending on the size and weight of your order. Storage fees are the customer's responsibility. If storage fees are refused, see canceling a shipment.
We will notify you by email when your order ships, and the freight company will call you to schedule an appointment when your order is in your area. We appreciate your cooperation in scheduling a delivery appointment as soon as possible.
